WINE
AND OLIVE OIL TASTING CLASSES
Minimum 6 people; maximum 20 people

Using all the senses, participants are guided to recognize the different
characteristics of wines and olive oils. We approach the tasting
with the right methods and learn to identify the diversity between
young and aged wine, the best conditions for keeping wine at home,
the correct way to serve, and the best wines to pair with food.
Six wines and four extra virgin olive oils are offered by the winemaker
in order to recognize different flavours. This program lasts about
three hours.
COOKING
CLASSES

The courses
are based on typical Chianti cuisine and are organized in the kitchens
of the best restaurants in the Chianti area. Chefs teach the preparation
of a full menu which is then served to participants, each dish paired
with a fine wine from the region.
Classes can also be organized directly in the villas or accommodations
where guests are staying. The chef will prepare an informal complete
menu with the help of participants.
