The great arts of wine and culinary style of Tuscany
Minimum 10 people; maximum 25 people

The wine dinners take place in a private room of the ristorante
“Albergaccio “ in Castellina in Chianti. During the
dinner wine is the only protagonist. Participants are guided through
the uniqueness of each winery and its wines along with the methods
of production used. Labels are generally covered for a blind tasting.
Usually six wines are tasted , for example:

> the great wines of Tuscany: Morellino di Scansano, Vernaccia
di San Gimignano, Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello
di Montalcino, Super Tuscans I.G.T..
> the international
varieties of grapes in comparison with Sangiovese: Merlot, Cabernet
Sauvignon, Syrah, and others in competition with the greatest 100%

At the end of
the tasting a magnificent four-course dinner is served.
