This approximately five-hour tour includes:
- a fascinating illustrated presentation on wine and its role in history and art followed by a discussion of all aspects of wine and olive oil production
- a tasting of selected olive oils and wines and a tour of the winery and vineyards (weather permitting).
- a memorable luncheon by the chef of one of the best restaurants in Chianti prepared to complement three selected fine wines

Through history, anecdotes, and an explanation of the techniques for growing vines and making wine in Tuscany over the centuries, you will discover many aspects of the wonderful Tuscan culture.
You will be guided through the bouquets, tastes, and differences among wines and olive oils.
